The main level also includes a queen bedroom, bedroom with twin bunks and futon, and bath. The upper level hosts the master suite with queen bedroom and bath. The lower level has a TV room with queen size sofa sleeper and bath.

This property has gas BBQ grill, washer and dryer, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and linens and towels. This property will sleep up to 10 persons. Pets are not allowed. Sorry, clubhouse and lake usage rights are not included.

Standard Regular Season Rates (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $325 per night, $305 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.

Standard Value Season Rates (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $290 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.

Security Deposit : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
