The ground floor includes the main entrance with stove and seating, two queen bedrooms, bedroom with twin trundle bed, and bath. The upstairs includes the newly remodeled kitchen, living room, dining area, balcony, king bedroom and bath. Television with cable is provided.
The kitchen is fully furnished and a clothes washer and dryer are included. Sorry, clubhouse and lake usage rights are not included.

Standard Peak Season Rates (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $200 to $225 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
Standard Regular Season Rates (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $215 per night, $200 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
Standard Value Season Rates (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $200 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
Security Deposit : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
