This beautiful large Columbine Lake home boasts lake and mountain views from the living room and deck! The open vaulted living room and dining area opens to the deck and provides an ideal gathering area for the family.
The upstairs includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, queen bedroom, bedroom with a twin bunk bed and single twin bed and bath. The downstairs includes a queen bedroom, TV room with queen sofa sleeper, bunk and laundry room and bath. The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper and a twin sleeper chair. The kitchen is fully equipped and a clothes washer and dryer are provided.
Located in the Columbine Lake area, on the doorstep of Rocky Mountain National Park, and only a few miles from Grand Lake and its dining, shopping and recreation. Sorry, clubhouse and lake usage rights are not included.

Standard Regular Season Rates (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $255 per night, $240 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
Standard Value Season Rates (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $240 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
Security Deposit : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
