Standard Regular Season Rates (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $210 per night, $200 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
Standard Value Season Rates (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $200 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
Security Deposit : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
