Bordering Rocky Mountain National Park, this property features two levels of enclosed and open decks overlooking a beautiful meadow and stream frequented by moose. Wonderfully located in the midst of nature, this beautiful home is only a few minutes from downtown.
This home's main level includes a living room with wood-burning stove and dining/kitchen area with walkout to the balcony. A bedroom with full-size bed and bath are also located on the main level. The lower level features a bath, bedroom with twin size bunk beds, and a bedroom with queen bed with walkout to the lower deck. A full-size sofa-sleeper is provided in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony is provided with table and chairs and gas BBQ grill. Towels, linens are provided. This is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Clubhouse and lake usage rights are not available.
This property will accommodate up to 8 persons.
Rates: $215 per night up to 6 persons, $10 per night for additional persons. Summer has a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights. Winter has a minimum stay requirement of two nights. A cleaning fee of $65 per stay is waived for stays of 5 days or more. Some holidays may have additional requirements. Check availability and quote for details.
